Common questions before a first order
Private label starts at 50 pieces per style. Cut and sew starts at 50 pieces per design with 25 pieces per colour. Blank wholesale starts at 100 pieces. Mixed sizes are allowed inside every minimum.
Yes. Send a sketch, a photo or a reference garment and our pattern room drafts the block, renders a 3D sample for approval, then grades and produces it. No tech pack needed to start.
Fabric composition and GSM, garment construction, decoration method, trims and packaging, and your quantity. You receive a costed spec sheet with each line broken out before any deposit.
Samples are paid up front. Bulk runs on 50 percent deposit to start production and 50 percent against shipping photos before dispatch. We accept bank transfer, Wise and Payoneer.
Between 4 and 12 working days depending on the category. Blank wholesale is fastest, flat knitwear is the longest. The sample charge is credited against your bulk order.

Cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, inspection and packing all sit inside one facility, which is what lets us hold a 50 piece minimum instead of the 500 piece floor most factories quote.
Low MOQ manufacturing without a quality drop
Low minimums usually mean rushed sampling and inconsistent finishing. We handle it differently. The approved sample becomes the gold seal on the production floor, and inline QC checks every 50 pieces against it. Final inspection follows the 4 point fabric system at AQL 2.5, whether your run is 50 pieces or 5,000.
Private label and cut and sew under one roof
If you are launching quickly, private label puts your neck label, hang tag and artwork on bodies we already pattern and produce. If your fit is the product, cut and sew builds the garment from your measurements and your fabric. Most brands start on private label to test demand, then move to cut and sew once a bestseller is clear.
Fabrics, GSM and finishing options
We source cotton fleece from 280 to 500 GSM, single jersey from 140 to 260 GSM, French terry, poly spandex from 190 to 280 GSM, ripstop, twill and flat knit yarn from 3 to 12 gauge. Decoration covers embroidery and chenille patches, screen, puff and DTF printing, and all over sublimation. Garment dyeing, acid wash, enzyme wash and pigment dye are available on request with matched dye lots across a full set.
