Everything happens under one roof in Sialkot

Fabric sourcing, pattern making, cutting, stitching, embroidery, printing, inspection and packing all sit in the same building. That is the reason a 50 piece order can hold an 18 day lead time.

Six steps

How your order moves through the floor

Each step has an owner and a checkpoint. You get photos at every stage, so you are never waiting on an update to know where your run is.

1. Conceptualization

Our CLO 3D designers turn your idea into a realistic virtual sample, so fit, proportion and construction are confirmed before fabric is cut.

2. Pattern and grading

The block is drafted, graded across your size set and turned into a marker, so measurements stay accurate on every size in the run.

3. Cutting and stitching

Fabric is relaxed, laid, cut and bundled, then stitched line by line with skilled operators on machines set for that fabric weight.

4. Sample approval

We courier the sample by the fastest service. You wear it, mark changes and we revise once at no charge before bulk starts.

5. Bulk production

The approved sample becomes the gold seal on the floor. Inline QC checks every 50 pieces against it while the line is still running.

6. Inspection and shipping

Final AQL 2.5 inspection, then folded, bagged, barcoded and shipped by air or sea with tracking from the day it leaves the floor.
Departments

Eight capabilities, zero subcontracting

Each department below runs inside our own unit. Nothing goes out of the building for branding or finishing, which removes the two weeks most factories add for it.
01 Embroidery

Embroidery and chenille

Logos are digitised in house from your vector or image file, stitched out on a test swatch first, then run flat, 3D puff or chenille depending on the look you want.
02

Screen, puff and DTF printing

Water based and plastisol screen printing for volume, high density puff for streetwear, and DTF transfers when a run is too small to justify screens.
03

All over sublimation

Panels are printed then cut and sewn, so artwork carries across seams. Ideal for team kits, cycling wear and full print jerseys.
04

Private label and branding

Woven neck labels, satin size tabs, care labels, hang tags, drawcord tips and custom zip pullers, all produced to your artwork.
05

Pattern making and grading

Blocks drafted from your measurements or from a reference garment, then graded across your size set and stored under your brand.
06

Tech pack development

No tech pack yet is fine. We build one from your sketch or photo: measurements, construction notes, trims, artwork placement and a bill of materials.
07

Fabric sourcing and dyeing

Knit and woven sourcing from Faisalabad and Lahore mills, lab dips against your Pantone, garment dye, acid wash, enzyme wash and pigment dye.
08

Packaging and labelling

Poly bags, tissue, mailer boxes, barcode stickers and retailer carton specs. Ready to go straight to a fulfilment centre or an Amazon warehouse.
QC

Inspection and quality control

4 point fabric inspection before cutting, inline QC every 50 pieces, and final AQL 2.5 inspection with a written report per shipment.

Machinery

The equipment behind the finish

Machine choice is what separates a clean hem from a wavy one. Lines are set per fabric weight rather than run as one general purpose floor.
