Who we are

A Sialkot factory built for small brands, not just containers

STITCHLINE was set up to solve one problem. A brand ordering its first 60 hoodies either gets ignored by a large factory or pays an agent to stand between them and the sewing floor. We took that layer out.

Our story

We started on the floor, not in an office

The founders spent years running lines for export houses that only quoted 500 pieces and up. The orders we kept turning away were the interesting ones: a founder with one good hoodie idea, a gym owner with a member waitlist, a label testing a first drop of 60 pieces.
In 2016 we took a small unit on Daska Road with eight machines and started saying yes to those orders. The rule was simple. Same pattern room, same QC standard and same finishing quality that a 5,000 piece order gets, applied to a 50 piece run.
How we work

Four things we refuse to compromise on

Most sourcing problems come down to information that arrived too late. These four habits exist to stop that happening on your order.
01

Price before commitment

You get a costed spec sheet with fabric, trims, decoration and freight broken out, so you can see what you are paying for before any deposit.
02

Approve before we cut

A 3D digital sample then a physical sample. Nothing is cut in bulk until the sample you are holding is the garment you want.
03

Photos at every stage

Fabric in, cutting, inline QC, finishing and packing. You see the run without asking for an update.
04

Bad news early

If a dye lot fails or a trim is late you hear it that day with two options, not after the deadline has passed.
Milestones

From eight machines to a full export floor

2016

The first unit opens

Eight machines on Daska Road, one pattern master and a promise to take orders other factories turned down. First export order was 80 hoodies to a Manchester label.

2018

Embroidery and printing come in house

Subcontracting branding was adding two weeks to every order. Bringing both departments inside cut the average lead time from 32 days to 21.

2020

CLO 3D sampling

Digital sampling let clients approve fit and construction before fabric was cut. Sample revisions per order dropped by more than half.

2023

Second floor and sublimation

42 machines across two floors, a dedicated sublimation and cut department, and a QC room running the 4 point fabric system at AQL 2.5.

2026

40+ brands in live production

Clients across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, Australia and the UAE, with most first orders under 200 pieces and most clients on repeat runs.

The floor

Every department your order passes through

Nothing is outsourced. A style moves from the fabric store to cutting, stitching, branding, inspection and packing without leaving the building, which is what lets us hold a small minimum without stretching the lead time.
Standards

Compliance your retail buyer will ask about

If you are selling into a marketplace or a retailer, these are the documents and checks they usually request. We prepare them with the shipment rather than after it.
QC

4 point and AQL 2.5

Fabric graded on the 4 point system before cutting. Finished goods inspected at AQL 2.5 with a written report per shipment.
SA

Social compliance

No child labour, documented working hours, paid overtime and a safe floor. Third party audits welcome on request.
EX

Export documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes, certificate of origin and Form E handled in house so your forwarder gets a clean file.

Come and see the floor, or start with 50 pieces

Clients visiting Sialkot are welcome any working day. If you are not travelling, we will walk you through the same departments on a video call before you commit to anything.
